Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and assessment of structural components.

• Generate and review project specifications and estimates.
• Attend construction site inspections and monitor safety compliance.
• Work closely with contractors during the construction process.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Develop sustainable engineering solutions for projects.
• Encourage and implement innovative engineering practices.
• Mentor and train junior team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering
