You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement eco-friendly practices in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply new technologies to enhance production efficiency.
• Support the production team with process optimization.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for chemical materials.
• Prepare project proposals and budgets.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators for chemical processes.
• Actively participate in safety meetings and risk assessment workshops.
• Mentor interns and new hires within the engineering team.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Implement corrective actions for process inefficiencies.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field
• Master's degree highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle chemical engineering
