We are seeking a skilled Gambling Dealer to manage and deal Pai Gow games, ensuring a fair and engaging gaming experience for our patrons. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service while adhering to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deal Pai Gow games accurately while maintaining a clean and organized table.
• Understand and enforce casino rules and regulations for a compliant gaming experience.
• Build rapport with customers to enhance their experience and promote customer retention.
• Handle cash and chips securely, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
• Stay updated on game rules, regulations, and promotions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge of additional games.
• Interact with team members to foster a collaborative gaming environment.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Casino Dealer Certificate (preferred)

Experience

• Experience dealing other casino games is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• CCTV System Operation
• Cash Handling Skills
