Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Manager in Durban to lead our store team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of driving sales and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational efficiency by managing all aspects of store procedures.
  • Drive and manage sales performance through effective leadership.
  • Build a strong team through recruitment, training, and development.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Supervise inventory management and optimize stock levels.
  • Implement strategies to improve store profitability.
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss targets and progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management
