Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee our Johannesburg location. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for retail and a strong background in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience by ensuring excellent service standards.
• Monitor store KPIs and take corrective action where necessary.
• Control store budgets and minimize operational costs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train and mentor team members to achieve sales proficiency.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to convey goals and feedback.
• Collaborate with suppliers to optimize inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail management
