Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce's skills and capabilities. You will develop training programs, facilitate workshops, and implement initiatives designed to foster employee growth and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching, strong communication skills, and a background in HR or Education.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging training content tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Organize onboarding programs for new hires to ease their transition.
  • Utilize various training methods, including e-learning, blended learning, and live sessions.
  • Measure and report on the outcomes of training initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any training-related issues promptly.
  • Recommend and implement innovative learning technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior learning and development role
