UX Designer

Job Description

Join our growing team as a UX Designer! You will be instrumental in enhancing the overall user experience by designing user-friendly interfaces and conducting usability testing. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure our digital products are effective and accessible, creating meaningful experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces through the creation of user flows and information architecture.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs translate effectively into digital products.
• Evaluate and improve user experience based on metrics and user feedback.
• Contribute to the design process from ideation to final implementation.
• Document design processes and decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in User Experience Design is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices for iterative design processes.
