Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Architect to join our team who will contribute to innovative architectural projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing buildings while ensuring compliance with safety and zoning laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions while adhering to client's vision.
• Conduct research to inform design decisions.
• Assist in creating 3D models and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation throughout all phases.
• Provide input during project meetings with stakeholders.
• Evaluate design outcomes and improve practices based on feedback.
• Collaborate with interior designers on client needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of project experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Architectural Technician (CAT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations: Understanding of local legislation impacting architectural design.
