Job Description

We are seeking an Employee Relations Specialist with a passion for creating a harmonious workplace environment. You will play a crucial role in addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a culture of open communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between management and employees to mediate conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment legislation.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in company practices.
• Conduct training sessions that foster positive employee relations.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance onboarding experience.
• Compile and analyze data related to employee satisfaction.
• Work with external legal counsel when necessary concerning employee issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Occupational Psychology is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of solid experience in HR and employee relations

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
