Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and therapeutic strategies.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counselling to clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with health regulations.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops on mental health topics.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in psychology.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and supervision.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
  • Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical settings
