Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Harness Mender to join our talented team. In this role, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged electrical wiring harnesses used in various industries. A keen eye for detail and precision in your work are essential.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose wiring issues in a variety of applications.
• Utilize specialized tools for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Contribute to team discussions on process improvements.
• Document all repairs accurately in the system.
• Facilitate communication with other departments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or diploma in electrical engineering or related field preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing electrical repairs.

Technical Skills

• Multimeter Use
• Wire Crimping

• Integrity
