Responsibilities

• Support dentists in delivering effective dental care.
• Carry out expanded duties like taking dental impressions.
• Keep record-keeping systems organized and up-to-date.
• Ensure the cleanliness and preparedness of treatment areas.
• Educate patients on preventative oral care practices.
• Oversee dental stock and equipment, ensuring readiness.
• Implement infection control measures consistently.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-up calls.
• Manage office-related tasks including insurance processing.
• Contribute to a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Expanded Dental Assistant program

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a dental practice.

Certifications
