Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our innovative team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for creating aerospace designs, conducting simulations and tests, and addressing complex engineering challenges in the aerospace sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects focusing on aerodynamics and propulsion systems.
• Utilize CAD software for design and prototyping.
• Perform simulations and modelling to optimise aerospace designs.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for project integration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
• Evaluate materials and systems to meet project goals.
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout the development process.
• Prepare and present project updates and technical presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace engineering or related fields
