Job Description

As an Architect at Creative Designs Ltd., you will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects within a collaborative environment. Your role will involve working closely with clients to translate their needs into physical designs while adhering to local regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and oversee architectural plans and drawings.
  • Review and approve project designs for compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and feedback.
  • Perform feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, local councils, and contractors.
  • Lead design workshops and presentations to promote innovative ideas.
  • Analyze environmental impact and suggest design modifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications
