Responsibilities

  • Support conflict resolution efforts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Initiate and lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong workplace culture.
  • Conduct conflict resolution interviews and follow through on action plans.
  • Collaborate with management to develop policies that promote a positive workplace.
  • Provide mentorship to HR team members on employee relations strategies.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and present employee relations reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
