Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Hospitality Manager in Durban to lead our talented team and ensure seamless hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in hospitality management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills, while overseeing daily operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings to discuss performance, issues, and improvements.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other hotels in the group for best practice sharing.
  • Develop sustainability initiatives to enhance the hotel's eco-friendly profile.
  • Explore partnerships with local businesses to enhance guest offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in Hospitality Management are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a hospitality leadership role
