Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Manager in Johannesburg, you will oversee the entire food and beverage operation within our esteemed establishment. Your role will involve managing staff, creating menus, and ensuring that our guests receive a superior culinary experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, while also driving profitability through effective inventory management and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
