Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR practices. This position involves overseeing recruitment processes, coordinating training programs, and ensuring that we are in compliance with all HR legislations. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about people management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local legislation.
• Facilitate employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and performance.
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide support for employee relations issues and mediate workplace conflicts.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports related to turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
• Engage in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a balanced workplace.
• Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and propose solutions.
