We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Pretoria. You'll be responsible for formulating HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and implementing programs that promote employee development and compliance.
Responsibilities
Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures.
Lead talent acquisition efforts to fill key positions.
Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance.
Advise management on HR-related issues and best practices.
Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.
Design and implement training programs for employee development.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Maintain employee records in compliance with regulations.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree preferred

7+ years in HR roles with management experience
