Responsibilities

• Identify and document business needs and challenges based on stakeholder feedback.
• Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and trends.
• Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial health.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units to foster collaboration.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory compliance documentation.
• Participate in internal audits as required.
• Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and coordinate testing activities.
• Create process maps and visualizations to communicate workflows.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in business analysis, preferably in finance or consulting
