Responsibilities

• Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to facilitate design processes.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various digital formats and devices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide actionable feedback to peers.
• Assist in maintaining the design library and project files.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Web Design Principles
• Prototype Development

Advantageous

• Familiarity with motion graphics: Experience in creating engaging animations or motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing: Ability to conduct design tests to improve user engagement.
