The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of tax legislation and be adept at providing insightful tax advice to clients. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients navigate the complexities of tax law effectively while optimizing their tax positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert tax consultancy services to help clients navigate tax regulations.
• Conduct analysis to identify tax-related risks and opportunities.
• Provide clear, actionable advice on tax-related matters.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts.
• Assist in training junior staff on tax compliance and regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate tax impact assessments.
• Review and enhance internal processes for tax compliance.
• Remain informed on international tax issues and trends.
• Collaborate with external auditors on tax-related findings.
• Develop strategies for mitigating tax exposure.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Tax professional qualifications (e.g., CA(SA), CTA) are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in tax consulting or compliance
