Job Description

As a Freight Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the organization and transportation of goods, ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization in freight logistics.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in the transportation management system.
• Provide training and support to junior logistics staff.
• Assist in forecasting and demand planning based on historical data.
• Evaluate and select vendors based on performance and cost.

Requirements

Education

• Additional logistics certifications are a plus.

Experience

• Experience managing international freight logistics is a strong advantage.
