Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Millwright to manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze machine performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades.
• Utilize AutoCAD and PLC programming for maintenance tasks.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Ensure all maintenance work aligns with company quality standards.
• Report on maintenance activities to the management team.
• Manage emergency repairs and unforeseen breakdowns swiftly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certificate as a Millwright
• National Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
