As our HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving workplace culture and engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong HR expertise to lead various functions including recruitment, talent management, and performance evaluation while ensuring that HR initiatives align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to fill vacant positions.
• Design and implement effective employee training programs.
• Advise management on HR initiatives and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
• Facilitate performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Manage HR budgets and forecasting needs for staffing.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover data.
• Drive change management initiatives across the organization.
• Lead the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
