Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. You will play an integral role in managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to solving HR-related issues, ensuring a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment drives and job fairs.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the HR manager in strategic planning initiatives.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and employee performance.
  • Lead initiatives that promote workplace wellness.
  • Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation.
  • Conduct policy reviews and revisions as necessary.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture through engagement activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Assist with internal communications regarding HR updates and changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
