Responsibilities

Conduct reference checks and background verifications for candidates.
Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance.
Train and mentor junior consultants on recruitment best practices.
Foster a positive candidate experience from application to placement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
