Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidates for various roles within our client organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop sourcing strategies to fill positions efficiently.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications for candidates.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Train and mentor junior consultants on recruitment best practices.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience from application to placement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role
