Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing electrical systems for various projects. Responsibilities will include conducting electrical system studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct performance analysis of existing electrical systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure project completion.
• Document all engineering processes and changes to systems.
• Train and mentor junior staff on electrical systems design and analysis.
• Solve complex engineering problems related to electrical installations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design and project management
