Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and can communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the support team.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution of their inquiries.
  • Track customer feedback and report trends to management.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer support.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field
  • Degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a call center environment
