Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction to project completion.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved and within budget constraints.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
• Provide expertise in construction techniques, methods, and materials to ensure project efficiency.
• Lead and manage project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Monitor project cash flow and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Facilitate conflict resolution among team members and stakeholders.
• Implement sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
