Job Description

Join our drilling operations team as an Explosives Worker. You will manage daily drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimising performance in the field. Previous experience in the oil and gas sector is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safe and effective use of explosives in various drilling activities.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of drilling equipment regularly.
  • Implement quality control measures to uphold safety standards.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on safety practices and equipment usage.
  • Assist in the development of safety protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Participate in audits and safety reviews to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant technical or vocational qualifications are a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in oil well operations or related fields.
