Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play an essential role in shaping our organizational learning culture. Your focus will be to assess training needs, develop comprehensive training materials, and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and learning preferences of employees.
• Create engaging training materials that enhance learning experiences.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.
• Use various evaluation methods to measure the impact of training.
• Develop partnerships with external training providers as necessary.
• Design onboarding programs for new hires to ease their transition.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect current best practices.
• Encourage and facilitate a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Monitor and report on training budgets and expenses.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve future training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in learning and development roles

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
