Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We seek a qualified Electrical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of electrical systems in our Durban office. You will work collaboratively with various teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to source electrical components.
• Monitor project progress and report on milestones.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to throughout project lifecycles.
• Train junior engineers and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of practical electrical engineering experience
