Job Description

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in planning and booking travel itineraries for our clients, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Research and provide detailed information on destinations, activities, and attractions.
• Manage client accounts and keep accurate records of travel arrangements.
• Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to get the best prices and packages for clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the travel industry.
• Prepare travel documents for clients, such as tickets and itineraries.
• Handle post-travel feedback and reviews from clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Additional courses in customer service are beneficial.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the travel industry
