Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct the hotel's daily operations.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies.
  • Control operational budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service.
  • Implement health and safety protocols.
  • Handle guest issues and complaints promptly.
  • Maintain relationships with local businesses for collaboration.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to boost occupancy rates.
  • Ensure all hotel facilities are clean, properly maintained, and operational.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or related roles
