Job Description

Join our team as a Policy Analyst where you will focus on assessing policy impacts, conducting comprehensive research, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance public administration. Your insights will be pivotal in shaping effective government practices.

Responsibilities

  • Research emerging trends and best practices in public administration.
  • Engage with community members to understand local policy needs.
  • Develop presentations on policy analysis findings for stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align policy initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate workshops to educate stakeholders on policy changes and related implications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Public Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in government or policy research
