Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to enhance our rehabilitation services in Johannesburg. This position involves providing hands-on therapy, educating patients about their conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and evaluate patient conditions.
• Create rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with industry standards.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to address myriad patient issues.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic treatment environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
• Master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience, particularly in sports physiotherapy

• Sports Injury Management

Certifications

• Certified Sports Physiotherapist (CSP)
• Advanced First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in a second language such as Afrikaans or Zulu: Enhances communication with a diverse patient demographic.
