Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Pretoria team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical support.
  • Resolve issues related to network connectivity, software, and hardware.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Train and educate customers on using the products effectively.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements to enhance support capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
