UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Join our dynamic design team as a UI/UX Designer to help craft exceptional digital experiences. This role requires a keen understanding of user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for the overall design process, from user research and wireframing to interactive prototypes and liaising with developers to implement designs efficiently. Your work will help to enhance user satisfaction and improve the usability of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user research to final handoff with technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
• Make data-driven design decisions based on analytics and user feedback.
• Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation.
• Leverage design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design choices and improve user engagement.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Engage in design thinking workshops and user feedback sessions.
• Promote a user-centered approach throughout the product development cycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or equivalent

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
