Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Operator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating specialized machines to ensure the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate various polishing and buffing equipment.
• Monitor production flow and resolve any discrepancies.
• Review production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Conduct safety inspections and report concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve targets.
