Responsibilities

• Evaluate and redesign processes for optimal chemical production.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
• Engage in cost analysis for chemical production techniques.
• Analyze data to determine trends and effectiveness of processes.
• Liaise with suppliers for raw materials and equipment procurement.
• Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for chemical procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste.
• Support the team in audits and regulatory inspections.
• Participate in the development of product specifications.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant field
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the chemical industry
