Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee event logistics and timelines.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement event concepts.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
  • Coordinate guest speakers and entertainment.
  • Resolve issues and handle emergencies on-site.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Serialize and coordinate all event-related materials.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure readiness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communication is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in event management
