Job Description

As a Professional Bondsman, you will be responsible for securing bail bonds for clients who have been detained. Your role involves working closely with clients, courts, and law enforcement to ensure compliance with legal obligations while providing exceptional support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and process bail bond applications based on established criteria.
• Ensure defendants appear in court for scheduled hearings.
• Engage in continuous communication with clients throughout the bail process.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with legal professionals and agencies.
• Conduct investigations when necessary to support bond applications.
• Analyze and resolve any issues that may arise during the bonding process.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Relevant Certification in Bonding or Legal Services is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal services or bonding
