Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing procurement, inventory management, and logistics, while collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including stock levels and turnover rates.
• Manage and enhance the ordering and replenishment processes.
• Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions.
• Utilize technology and software to improve supply chain operations.
• Work with finance to manage budgets and forecast costs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field
• MBA or related graduate degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of work experience in supply chain management or logistics

Certifications

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
