In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various events, from small gatherings to large corporate functions. Ideal candidates possess excellent organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a flair for bringing ideas to life. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and timelines for each event.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding venues and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and innovative ideas.
• Create promotional materials and assist with marketing efforts for events.
• Present event proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into designs.
• Lead post-event debriefs to capture lessons learned and improve future events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-level event coordination

• Certified Special Event Professional (CSEP)
