Responsibilities

• Develop safety training programs tailored to specific teams and roles.
• Evaluate effectiveness of safety protocols and propose enhancements.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation as required by regulations.
• Advise on ergonomic improvements to enhance workplace safety.
• Implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare personnel.
• Facilitate communication of safety issues and resolutions across the company.
• Collaborate with management to allocate resources for safety initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support regarding safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in developing and managing safety budgets as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
• Professional certification in Safety Engineering or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety engineering or related field
