Job Description

We're on the lookout for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients, handling queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Help customers navigate the website and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance customer service processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Degree or Diploma in Communications or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
