Job Description

As an Organizational Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing change initiatives within our organisation. You'll work closely with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and develop strategies to manage those transitions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the success of change initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback to stakeholders.
  • Lead change management training sessions for team members.
  • Promote organizational readiness through effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices across the organisation.
  • Assist in the development of policies that support organizational changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Sciences, related field
  • Master's degree in Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management
