Job Description

Join our dynamic team to oversee and enhance the compliance of HR practices. As the HR Compliance Officer, you will evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures, guide management in compliance-related matters, and promote compliance training for all employees. Your input will be vital in reducing risks associated with HR non-compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Law
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5 years of HR compliance experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
