HR Compliance Officer

Job Description

Seeking a knowledgeable HR Compliance Officer who will ensure our human resources policies comply with current laws and regulations. You will be responsible for monitoring HR practices, conducting audits, and making recommendations for improvements to enhance compliance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and monitor compliance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in HR and employment legislation.
• Lead internal investigations as necessary.
• Collaborate with management in developing compliance training materials.
• Prepare and present compliance training sessions to staff.
• Assist the HR department in implementing best practices.
• Work closely with legal consultants to ensure compliance.
• Support in the development and implementation of employee satisfaction initiatives.
• Advise on effective employee relations strategies.
• Provide administrative support for HR compliance reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Management
• Master's degree in HR Management is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role
